First of all, you need to follow the event calendar and apply for a volunteer. Then, the local football federation where the event will be held or long-term volunteers in that country contact you and invite you for an interview. If the interview is successful, you will be offered a role through the UEFA Volunteer system. After confirming the offer through the system, it remains only to wait for the event.
